Evil, Cold, Darkness

Do Evil, Cold, and Darkness exist? Why should you care? Find out here.

Good Time Stories

Did God create everything that exists? Does evil exist? Did God create evil?

A University professor at a well-known institution of higher learning challenged his students with this question. “Did God create everything that exists?” A student bravely replied, “Yes he did!”

“God created everything?” The professor asked.

“Yes sir, he certainly did,” the student replied.

The professor answered, “If God created everything; then God created evil. And, since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then we can assume God is evil.”

I must ask…who CREATED Satan?
If God, then how can one say God didn’t create evil? Evil is a created BEING who rejects his/her Maker, His ways, His will, His authority. God made darkness and cold. And His speciality is using evil FOR good. Hense His Son, Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah – our NEED for Him and His work.

Its hard to say God is the God of all things….err…except evil. Either He is of ALL or He is of nothing.
See Isaiah 50:10; Isaiah 54:16-17
Where He specifically says…I CREATED THE DESTROYER TO WORK HAVOC. God is the God of sinners…those who do evil…as defined above.

I caution anyone who says God did not create evil…it leaves something outside His creator-ship and that leaves holes the enemy loves to fill.

You make some interesting points. I’m not that great at deep doctrinal thinking…I’m just a high school graduate!

Here’s what I do know: Love God with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength – and love my neighbor as myself. When I get these two things down, then I’ll try to work out some of the weightier matters. 😉
